D. The well and cabin are at two corners on one side. Opposite side has the gate in the center, flanked by Lemon and Coconut trees at the remaining corners. Since Mango is not at the cabin corner, it must be at the well corner. Thus, Neem tree is at the cabin corner. Diagonally opposite pairs are (Neem tree, Lemon/Coconut) or (Mango tree, Coconut/Lemon). Therefore, Neem tree and Lemon tree can be diagonally opposite.
