Let positions around the table facing center in clockwise order be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

1. Place S at 1. Since all face center, left is clockwise and right is counter-clockwise.
2. T is second to the left of S $\implies$ T is at position 3.
3. Q is neighbor of R and S $\implies$ Q must be adjacent to S at position 6 (or 2). Since T is at 3, Q at 6 gives R at 5.
4. P is second to the left of U $\implies$ U at 4, P at 2.

Arrangement in clockwise order: S(1), P(2), T(3), U(4), R(5), Q(6).

Looking at R (facing center): right of R is counter-clockwise, which is position 2, occupied by P.
