Assertion A: Celebrity endorsements add to the brand value and sale of the products. Reason R: Most celebrity are rich enough to afford the best technology and products in any given category.

Explanation
Assertion A is true as celebrity endorsements boost brand recognition and sales. Reason R is also individually true (celebrities have high purchasing power). However, brands hire celebrities because of their reach and influence over consumers, not because they can afford the products. Hence R is not the correct explanation of A.
