  3. Part (iii): Evaluation output: 'Yes' in all four areas vs. 'No' in one or more areas.
  4. Part (iv): Decision outcome: 'Yes' \rightarrow Process with Business Plan; 'No' \rightarrow Drop or rethink business idea.
