Work done by Kamal in 4 days = 1−(25+12)=1−910=1101 - \left(\frac{2}{5} + \frac{1}{2}\right) = 1 - \frac{9}{10} = \frac{1}{10} of total work.

Kamal's share = 110×1000=\frac{1}{10} \times 1000 = Rs 100.
