C. Purnima is 21st from right. Radhika is 10th left of Purnima $\implies$ Radhika is $21 + 10 = 31^{	ext{st}}$ from right. Monika is 4th right of Radhika $\implies$ Monika is $31 - 4 = 27^{	ext{th}}$ from right. Monika is 17th from left. Total students $= 17 + 27 - 1 = 43$.
